Technical Care Notice: SWYVEN products are crafted according to high-performance sporting standards. To maintain warranty coverage, users must adhere to care instructions (e.g., rinse with clean cold water after pool use, avoid wiping the interior anti-fog lens surface).

5. Pricing, Orders, and Payment Terms

Prices are listed in the specified currency and include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. SWYVEN reserves the right to adjust pricing and availability without prior notice. Payments are secured via industry-standard encrypted gateways.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Import Duties

Delivery estimates are non-binding timeframe indications. For international shipments, the buyer is solely responsible for any applicable customs clearance fees, import tariffs, or local duties required by destination authorities.

7. Warranty, Returns, and Refunds Policy

SWYVEN guarantees products against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. If an item exhibits verified factory defects or gasket failure under normal use, it will be replaced or refunded. Normal wear and tear, chemical degradation from chlorine mishandling, or physical scratches are excluded from warranty coverage.
